Description by the author: "These images are from a project called 'Skywater' currently under construction in Central Texas: 1600 acres of residential development with a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course.
I am creating CGI images and several movie clips of the whole location. These images are at about 75% of the detail right now, local trees and various other plants are yet to be added.
I use Gugila as the underpinning for my terrain and as a major component of bump mapping. So, all bare rock is 100% GroundWiz. I opted to use a Max composite material for the golf course: 12 layers of masked materials like various different grasses."
